The ED50 for this effect is 0.01- 0.03 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.3×10^7~ 1× 10^8 units/mg. 3. Measured by its ability to induce Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.63-2.54 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.94×10^5~1.58×10^6 units/mg.
