Ask a question
Can the treatment of cancer with IL9R improve the immune system of patients? 05/01/2022

In pre-clinical trials, the IL9R significantly increased natural killer and CD4 + T cell levels in patients.

What somatic cell therapy-based data updates can recombinant IL9R be used for? 08/18/2021

IL9R may play an important role in the treatment of central nervous system diseases and hematological diseases.

In which tumor therapies are recombinant IL9R most likely to be effective? 12/09/2020

This needs to be further confirmed by large-scale clinical trials.

What techniques are used to study the relationship between IL9R and cancer? 10/24/2020

This can be achieved through in vitro molecular cell techniques and carefully designed in vivo animal models.

Which diseases might be treated by recombinant IL9R? 10/06/2020

There have been no large-scale clinical studies to prove which diseases the recombinant IL9R protein can treat.

Is the expression of IL9R in tumor cells correlated with patient prognosis? 08/25/2019

05/10/2022

IL-9R belongs to the cell membrane receptor family, which includes multiple subunits. Different types of IL-9R may have different structures and involve different signal transduction mechanisms, and these structural properties need to be fully considered during the production process. -

    01/11/2022

Purification of IL-9R is relatively complex due to its transmembrane structure and complexity. Common purification methods include affinity chromatography, centrifugation, gel filtration and other technologies to obtain high purity IL-9R. -

      02/27/2020

The biological activity of IL-9R is verified by using methods such as cell culture, cell chemotactic assay, or enzym-linked immunosorbent assay, which can evaluate the binding capacity and signaling effect of IL-9R with its ligand, such as IL-9. -
