Description : C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (CXCL9) also named monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG), which is a chemokine of the intercrine alpha family. CXCL9 is a 11.5 kDa protein containing 104 amino acid residues. CXCL9 controls the immune cells by binding the CXCR3 which is including the cell migration and activation. During inflammation, CXCL9 is a chemotaxis for lymphocyte and macrophages. CXCL9 is participated in the process of tumor proliferation and metastasis.
Source : E. coli
Species : Pig
Tag : His

      Q&As (5)

      Ask a question
What is the relationship between CXCL9 and the chemokine receptor CXCR3? 08/16/2022

CXCL9 can bind specifically to CXCR3 and accumulate at sites of inflammation, thereby inducing and exacerbating the inflammatory response.

Do you offer CXCL9 fused with other tags? 01/25/2022

Yes, we will provide you with the most suitable labels according to your experimental needs.

Can CXCL9 be detected in lymphoid tissue under normal physiological conditions? 11/23/2020

No, CXCL9 can only be detected when the organism is inflamed or infected.

CXCL9 is secreted by which cells? 11/21/2020

CXCL9 is mainly secreted by endothelial cells and monocytes.

What diseases has CXCL9 been closely associated with the study of? 10/19/2020

CXCL9 has been linked to pulmonary embolism, asthma and breast cancer research.
