Native Human Proteinase 3

Cat.No.: PRTN3-243H
Product Overview: Purified Native Human Neutrophils Proteinase 3. CAS Number: 128028-50-2; E.C. Number: 3.4.21.76
Description: Current Research suggests that PR3 may represent a clinically useful marker of prognosis after an AMI as part of a multimarker strategy. It is the major target antigen of antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) in Wegener"s granulomatosis and is contained in the azurophilic granules of polymorphonuclear neutrophils, the dominant cell type in vascular lesions during the early stages of systemic vasculitis.
