Jam3 (CD322) Jam3 (Junctional Adhesion Molecule 3) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD322 is involved in cell adhesion and tight junction formation. It plays a role in maintaining endothelial barrier integrity, leukocyte migration, and immune cell interactions.
Nt5e (CD73) Nt5e (Ecto-5'-Nucleotidase) is an ectoenzyme that catalyzes the conversion of AMP to adenosine. CD73 is involved in the generation of extracellular adenosine, which has immunoregulatory and anti-inflammatory effects.
PD-L2 (CD273) PD-L2 (Programmed Death Ligand 2) is a ligand for the immune checkpoint receptor PD-1. CD273 plays a role in regulating immune responses and maintaining immune tolerance. It interacts with PD-1 on T cells to inhibit their activation and promote immune suppression.
Plaur (CD87) Plaur (Urokinase Plasminogen Activator Receptor) is a cell surface receptor for urokinase plasminogen activator. CD87 is involved in extracellular matrix degradation and tissue remodeling. It plays a role in cell migration, invasion, and cancer metastasis.
TIE2 (CD202b) TIE2 (Tyrosine Kinase with Immunoglobulin-Like and EGF-Like Domains 2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase primarily expressed on endothelial cells. CD202b is involved in angiogenesis, vascular development, and maintenance of vascular integrity. It plays a role in endothelial cell signaling and blood vessel formation.
ENPEP (CD10) ENPEP is a cell surface peptidase expressed on various cell types, including lymphocytes and certain tumor cells. CD10 is involved in the degradation of various peptide hormones and chemokines. It regulates the activity of these molecules and plays a role in cell migration, differentiation, and adhesion.
LAMP1 (CD107a) LAMP1 is a lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1, expressed on the surface of lysosomes and late endosomes. CD107a is involved in lysosomal trafficking and vesicle fusion processes. It is also utilized as a marker to assess degranulation activity in cytotoxic lymphocytes, such as NK cells and CD8+ T cells.
